The Stoffel parlor and Stüva are two of the most beautiful rooms of the house, built in 1919. The precious Swiss pine wood and original artistic carving and wood turning work have been preserved. The historic tiled stove was restored and can be fired up again. Both rooms are used daily for reading, conversation, eating and drinking

Under the leadership of renowned Chur architect Tilla Theus, the old dining room was completely renovated in the fall of 2015. The Swiss pine wood featured throughout the house, which defines the ambiance, was also used for the new construction of the restaurant. A new interpretation of the adjacent Stoffelstube was created. The large picture window, which offers a one-of-a-kind view of the Arosa mountain world, was retained. The conversion of the dining room for the Stoffel restaurant can be viewed HERE.
