In the winter season, free cancellations are possible up to two weeks before the planned arrival date. In the summer season, this regulation applies until one week before the planned arrival date. In the event of later cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals or early departures, the hotel is entitled to charge 100% for the entire booked services.
